GVP is getting greener!

As a school, we are always looking for ways to be more environmentally friendly. We have been made aware of a single-use campaign led by the National Geographic and today, during assembly, we launched our pledge to help minimise single-use plastic.
Some year 6 children are also leading a pen recycling campaign which has been launched across the school. They have been busy making and delivering boxes to classrooms and offices to collect recyclable plastics.
In addition to the above we are encouraging entry to the National Geographic Magazine poster competition. All entries need to be handed to Miss Moyle, Osprey Class by Monday 4th March. Thank you.
